DHSMV Hearings, Attorney (10 day Rule)

When a driver is pulled over for a DUI and is found to have a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08% or higher, or refuses to take a breath, blood or urine test, he/she will be arrested and his/her driver's license will be suspended immediately. The police will take your driver's license.

You have only ten (10) days to schedule an Administrative Hearing with Florida's Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) - so time is of the essence. If you do not schedule this hearing within the ten (10) days, then your license will be automatically suspended. Call P. Kent LeBlanc for a free consultation in reference to your rights.
